Clinical Project Coordinator

Supporting project teams in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Project Coordinator will manage logistics, schedule meetings, and assist with documentation and reporting for clinical research projects, including those in Public Sector and BioPharma, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Tracks project deadlines and compiles project deliverables Schedules and coordinates conference calls and meetings, including documentation preparation Maintains project systems for tracking rosters, meeting materials, and deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 4-6 years of relevant project or administrative support experience required Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word Familiarity with project scheduling and tele/web conferencing software preferred Strong time management and decision-making skills
