Home Health Physical Therapist Impactful Care & Growth
UnitedHealth Group
Ms HomeCare, a part of LHC Group and a part of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health in Mississippi. You will assess patients, determine a treatment plan, and provide interventions to improve mobility, endurance, and overall well-being in home settings.
Requirements include current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and access to reliable transportation. CPR certification is preferred or can be completed within 90 days of hire.
