Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a reliable approach while using an agile and innovative mindset to assist tenants, guests, and property staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public agencies as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and other high‑traffic locations, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and/or policy compliance in accordance with site expectations. Report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior observed during patrols, helping support an orderly environment for occupants, guests, and vendors. Minimum Requirements: CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
