Advisor Development Program - Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee (Centralized): Dayton, OH

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment services. This role is part of the Advisor Development Program and focuses on delivering holistic financial advice through a phone‑based, licensed‑advisor model. As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA), you will: Obtain and maintain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 licenses (or 66 alternatives) within specified deadlines. Receive targeted training to develop client‑relationship skills, including acquisition, building, and managing relationships. Conduct client needs assessments and provide personalized investment, savings, and liability management recommendations. Align Merrill and Bank of America products and services to meet clients’ financial goals. Deliver client reviews and presentations by phone, and reinforce knowledge of investments and financial markets. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to provide end‑to‑end solutions. Qualifications Confidence working in a sales role. Strong client‑relationship skills and effective communication. Proactive mindset, effective time management, and results‑driven orientation. Ability to identify appropriate solutions through application of learnings. Experience applying regulatory due diligence in daily activities. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and at least one year of financial services or sales experience. Capacity to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Shift: 1st shift (United States, 40 hours per week).
