Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid SLP license for Oregon; Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school or early childhood setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Eagerness to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students
• Develop goals and treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Document progress and maintain clear, accurate records according to district guidelines
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, specialists, and administrators
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students as part of an Individual Education Plan (IEP) team
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
• Stay current with best practices and professional development in speech-language pathology
