Mitigation Technician

Mitigation Technician Restoration HQ is a leading restoration company in Arizona. We seek dedicated Mitigation Technicians to support our 24/7/365 services in commercial buildings throughout the Southwest. Responsibilities Arrive promptly at job sites to ensure project timelines are met. Follow the lead of the assigned Lead Technician on the project. Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any loss or damage. Keep the work site clean and safe. Perform demolition tasks, including drilling holes, cutting drywall, and removing frames. Conduct water extraction as needed. Set up and take down equipment as required. Qualifications Self‑motivated, hard‑working with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Availability for on‑call rotation and ability to work all hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Willingness to develop strong leadership skills to manage and lead teams. Strong work ethic and self‑motivation. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Strong reading and writing skills. Completion of background check, MVD record check, and drug screening. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
