Recruiting Manager

Our client, an exciting and well established and growing consultancy, is seeking a dynamic, full-cycle Recruiting Manager to help attract and hire exceptional talent across a professional services organization. This role is ideal for a recruiter coming from a management consulting environment who thrives on building relationships, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, engage, and secure top talent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring hiring excellence while strengthening employer brand, talent pipelines, and recruiting processes. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business functions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier active and passive candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, market research, and social recruiting. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate timely hiring decisions. Track recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline performance, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable sourcing and hiring practices. Recommend and implement process improvements, recruiting innovations, and talent acquisition best practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Required Experience & Skills 3-5+ years of consultant recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, executive search, or a similarly fast-paced environment. Proven ability to source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through multiple channels. Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies; experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred. Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities. Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and hiring best practices. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Hybrid environment, with 4 days in office required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels of an organization. Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
