As a Home Health Aid, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and attention. If you have a big heart and a commitment to creating a healthy environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.Provide care for patients, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.Give medication reminders.Engage patients in exercises or other activities.Benefits and Perks:Flexible SchedulingCompetitive CompensationOpportunities for Career AdvancementQualifications:Available from Mondays - Thursday 9 AM to 5 PMPrior experience in Dementia Care is a plusHigh School Diploma or GEDOne-year prior professional experienceDriver's license requiredCPR certification preferredHow to Apply:If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
