Number of Beds : 7 OR suites

· Patient Ratios : 1:1

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :  PM shift is 1 Circulator/1 Scrub tech and 2 call teams. Also on call (FA, OR Assist, Anesthesia tech, CVOR team)

· Type of equipment :  Various

· Documentation system:  Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 1830-0700 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

· Floating policy:

· Patient Experience requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS, ACLS (RN), PALS (RN)

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: At least 2 years OR experience

Must have :  Trauma experience

Advanced skills needed:

  Procedures performed on unit:    Trauma, emergency, general, ortho, urology, plastic, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, CV, open heart

Dress Code : (Required uniform)

· Will change into hospital scrubs upon arrival
