Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide clinical expertise and patient care across a 12-week travel assignment. The role involves delivering therapy services in outpatient settings to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy routines and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in therapy services.
• Proven ability to assess and treat diverse patient conditions.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
