Licensing Coordinator

We’re looking for an Licensing Coordinator to help manage our clients’ licensing programs and support our account executives. It’s an ideal next step for someone with roughly two years of experience who wants to build a career in brand licensing at a firm that works with world-class brands. Prospecting & lead generation: Develop lead lists, maintain our contact database, prepare status reports, and assist with pitch presentations. Account support: Support account executives with prospect outreach, follow-ups, and key client deliverables. Client & licensee coordination: Participate in licensee calls, draft presentations, and conduct research as needed. Administrative: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage day-to-day coordination across accounts You’ll Want to Talk to Us If… You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
