Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required but may be assigned as needed. Role Overview: The Retail Display Installer will represent leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing, updating, and maintaining sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays while following plan‑ograms and client directives. The installer works independently, meets deadlines, and uses mobile applications for efficient execution. Key Responsibilities Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled dates. Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures. Complete required forms and surveys at each job site. Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep fixtures functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team setups (2+ people). Use virtual software and ensure successful task execution. Assist teammates and adhere to timelines for timecard submission. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Age / Eligibility: 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required; early‑morning and late‑night flexibility; minimum 20 hours of field work per 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb ladder up to 10 ft; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to changing tasks and environments. Communication: Effective phone, text, and email skills; use smartphone for clock‑in/out and data upload. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Retail or merchandising experience is a plus. Experience Preferred: Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently. Training: Complete all training assignments on time. Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
