Shift: Flexible shifts; may involve driving and mobile lab work

What You'll Do

• Perform waived laboratory tests at a mobile or remote setting under supervision
• Operate a delivery van to transport lab equipment and specimens as needed
• Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Enter patient and test data accurately into lab information systems
• Monitor and ensure quality control of tests and reagents
• Troubleshoot equipment, instrument, or computer issues during testing
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow safety protocols related to biological and hazardous materials
• Document test results, run quality checks, and alert supervisors of irregularities
• Support varied testing processes across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation fields

What You Need

Required:

• Valid certifications/licenses in laboratory or clinical testing (if applicable)
• Basic proficiency in phlebotomy and blood collection techniques
• Ability to work independently in a mobile or remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a delivery van

Preferred:

• Previous experience in point of care testing or mobile lab operations
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, patient-focused settings
