Fertilizer (Agronomy) Assistant

Summary Responsible for data entry of sales information supporting our Agronomy division. Essential Functions and Basic Duties Maintains a high level of business ethics. Responsible for customer service satisfaction. Always be professional in assigned duties. Be at work on time and work scheduled hours. Confidentiality must always be maintained. Must be accurate and have high attention to detail. Always works with the office staff, employees, vendors and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Supports the Agronomy Division. Answers the telephone in a friendly and professional manner. Greets people in a friendly and professional manner. Maintains a clean environment at all times. Enter sales information to support our Agronomy Division. Responsible for the accuracy of customer splits in relationship to the billing of the fertilizer sales. Keeps customer files updated daily. Reports to the Fertilizer Office Manager/Agronomy Manager on the current customer contract status. Coordinates with other divisions and departments to achieve Cooperative goals. Cooperates with other office employees to create a professional office environment. Keeps our Cooperative in compliance with government requirements related to this position.
