Location Avera Behavioral Health Center - Sioux Falls, SD Worker Type Regular Shift Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America) Pay Range $24.50 - $33.75 per hour Position Highlights Floats to all Behavioral Health Inpatient units, The Link, BHS Urgent Care, and Behavioral Health Adolescent Addiction Unit Opportunity to experience a variety of inpatient settings Collaborate with staff from many areas; average 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio 100% self‑schedule with varied shifts (72hrs/2 weeks, every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday rotation) Eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program (up to $167/month, up to $10,000) Brief Overview The LPN practices under the supervision of an RN, APRN, licensed physician, or other health care provider and directs aspects of care within their scope, coordinating with the health team to achieve patient‑centered goals.
