Engineering Manager

Job Description Job Description Located in Cincinnati, OH Salary: $80-$100k/yr Engineering Manager Location: Woodlawn, OH Shift: 1st Pay: $80-$100k/yr Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading an engineering team in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AS and ISO standards; experience with NADCAP processes preferred. Experience with welding, alloys, brazing, and heat treatment processes is a plus. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis methodologies such as FMEA, Fishbone, and 5 Whys. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Engineering Team through all phases of product development and production to achieve operational and customer goals. Evaluate workloads, assign engineering resources, and ensure projects meet customer production schedules and quality expectations. Develop and implement engineering department objectives that align with overall business unit strategies and performance goals. Identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency while evaluating cost savings and process optimization initiatives. Review product designs and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and applicable specifications. Support quoting and new business activities by collaborating with the Business Development Team and maintaining strong customer relationships.
