Registered Nurse - Evening Shift | $3 Shift Differential + Supportive Team

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as a clinical leader while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care. Collaborating with Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, providers, therapy, social services, dietary, pharmacy, and facility leadership, you will assess residents, develop and evaluate nursing interventions, coordinate care, respond to changes in condition, communicate with physicians and families, and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation that supports the highest standards of care. The RN provides clinical oversight and guidance to the nursing team while fostering collaboration and professional development. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges, supporting care planning, mentoring nursing staff, promoting evidence‑based practice, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Through sound clinical judgment and effective communication, the RN helps lead the team in delivering safe, efficient, and person‑centered care.
