We are seeking an HR Generalist to be the on-site HR leader, managing payroll, employee relations, policy enforcement, onboarding, and safety compliance while collaborating closely with a supportive corporate HR team. This role offers the chance to influence company culture and be a trusted partner to employees and leadership alike. Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle payroll and review employee timecards. Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy enforcement. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding. Partner with operations leadership on safety compliance and workplace standards. Support hiring processes and maintain alignment with corporate HR. Qualifications 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably including payroll and employee relations. Experience handling investigations and enforcing policies. Strong communication skills and ability to hold difficult conversations. Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate HR.
