This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll• Manage month-end and year-end close processes• Prepare and review financial statements• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations• Develop and maintain internal controls• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations• Coordinate external audits• Supervise accounting staffRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• CPA preferred• 7+ years of accounting experience• Strong knowledge of GAAP• Experience managing accounting teams• Strong leadership and communication skills• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
