About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in‑school, or in‑clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients Implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collecting and documenting data on client progress Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions Benefits Sign‑On Bonus – DOUBLE PAY after completion of your first two weeks of sessions!
