• Active California RN License
• Minimum 5 years of transplant coordinator experience (Required)
• Kidney transplant experience (Strongly Preferred)
• Nurse manager or leadership experience (Preferred)
• Experience in:
  • Policy & procedure writing
  • Workflow/process mapping
  • Performance improvement initiatives
• Certifications:
  • BLS
