Bilingual Security Infrastructure Specialist

Novacoast Staffing is partnering with an enterprise client to hire an experienced Security Infrastructure Specialist for a 4–6 month remote engagement (EST hours). This role offers the potential to transition to a direct-hire position but can remain contract-only if preferred. The Security Infrastructure Specialist ensures that all information systems adhere to established security standards and best practices. This includes implementing and monitoring security controls across infrastructure components to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability while maintaining acceptable risk levels. Responsibilities also include identifying potential risks, defining security controls for projects, and managing Defender, patching, and configuration changes in Sentinel and Tanium. Required and Desired experience: 3 years of experience as information security advisor or security architect for cloud services. 3 years of experience in at least 5 of the following information security domains: Architecture of security solutions Virtualization and integration of platforms Data classification and data loss prevention Content filtering Identity management and Access control Privileged account management Cryptographic services Security hardening Secure protocols Network and perimeter protection Remote access Vulnerability management Penetration testing Incident management Forensic analysis 2+ years of experience required in: Fortinet Products - Fortigate Firewalls, FortiSwitch Access Switches, FortiNAC MSFT Defender, Identity and Cloud Tanium ServiceNow 2+ years of experience Desired with: Citrix Netscaler Sentinel- SIEM Horizon3.ai – autonomous pen testing Axonius Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
