Emergency Preparedness & Safety Program Lead

CHRISTUS Health in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Patient Safety Officer to coordinate Emergency Response and the hospital's Physical Environment program. You will develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Emergency Preparedness policies and Joint Commission requirements to protect patients, visitors and staff.

The role involves leading training, drills, incident documentation, and cross-department collaboration to maintain a safe hospital environment and conduct routine surveillance and improvement
