Job Description We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice, serving a diverse patient population across 62 counties in Texas. We offer a supportive environment where you can provide high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages. Practice Highlights: 68-bed acute care hospital with a Level I nursery Full spectrum of services performed, including preventative care and complex conditions for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics 12-exam room clinic, 2 procedure rooms, an onsite lab, and private office space Physician Schedule: 4.5-day schedule with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks Average of 20-22 PPD Average of 6-7 call days per month, including well-baby visits, occasional deliveries, and inpatient rounding Take one full weekend call per month Compensation & Benefits: Annual base salary between $250,000 and $300,000 based on experience Opportunity to increase earnings through wRVU production (potential to reach over $400,000) Relocation assistance package, commencement bonus, student loan forgiveness, and paid time off included Benefits package includes life, health, dental, vision, and CME allowance Location: Compared to many other cities in Texas and across the United States, Lubbock offers a relatively low cost of living Situated in the Texas High Plains, Lubbock enjoys a moderate climate with plenty of sunny days throughout the year.
