Job Responsibilities Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding Completes training on T-Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology Partners with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.50 Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360 Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T‑Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
