Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Tennessee with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care. Clinical experience as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. Must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test during the pre‑employment process (not applicable in FL & TN).
