JUNIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER

*This is a 100% on-site position in Norco, CA* Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of software development experience eager to expand their technical expertise across both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities Build responsive, user‑friendly UI components using HTML5, CSS3, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Optimize applications for usability and performance. Assist in building and maintaining server‑side applications, REST APIs, and backend services using C#/.NET. Work with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and query optimization; support the integration of dashboards and data visualization tools. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code. Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews. Utilize Git for version control and Jira for task tracking. Active participation in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent internship/project experience). 1-2 years of academic, internship, or professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong foundational understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Academic exposure to or familiarity with C# / .NET and PostgreSQL (or relational databases). Familiarity with Git version control and basic Agile concepts. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn from senior developers. US Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post‑employment ethics letter will be required if employment is offered Preferred Qualifications Experience with Vite, Vue.js, or additional front-end frameworks. Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management tools. Exposure to SAFe Agile or Agile methodologies and team environments. Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL queries. Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment workflows. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Personal, academic, or open-source development projects.
