What You’ll Do Lead and support the closing shift, keeping operations smooth and efficient. Make pizzas from scratch with consistency and quality. Guide and motivate team members in both the kitchen and on deliveries. Handle customer needs with professionalism and positivity. Monitor inventory and place orders as needed. Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. Train and mentor new team members. Assist the owner with key daily operations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in pizza making or quick service restaurant management preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with a passion for quality. Customer-first mindset. Flexible schedule, including weekends.
