Revital Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide full-time care at our trusted partner facility, The Gardens at Easton in Easton, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity to help residents regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress, update goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Revital's standards for quality and ethical care

Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and dedication to patient-centered care
