Staff Accountant

3 Arts Entertainment seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (including GAAP), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. This role will be integral to the daily management of the company's financial transactions, and will maintain a variety of detailed financial statements and reports. Responsibilities: Maintaining detailed journals and ensuring the accuracy of financial records AR/AP entries, 1099s, and expense reports Preparing a variety of financial statements and reports, including monthly financials Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process Working closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and CFO to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Experience in accrual basis of accounting 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in the entertainment industry Experience with AgilLink a plus Experience with payroll a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and organization skills The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000.
