You’ll be working across one to two nearby elementary schools, collaborating with onsite lead SLPs who are there to guide you. This is a full-time contract position, with the possibility of renewal based on fit and performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility for license in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of elementary students (specifics discussed during the interview)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement therapy to support communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to provide targeted interventions
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as per school and state requirements
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings led by on-site SLPs
