You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing products and services to help meet those needs. You will establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.Qualifications include experience in sales, experience in managing customer relationships, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, dedication to customer service, ability to anticipate customer needs, ability to effectively relate to customers, and willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
