We're on the hunt for an energetic, all-star Shift Lead who's ready to do it all - lead a team, make cocktails, run food, keep things clean, and charm our guests with a killer smile and friendly vibe.

This isn't just any bar - we're a craft beer haven with wall-to-wall TVs , a full bar, and a craft kitchen. Big games, bold flavors, and good times are always on the menu.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the team by coordinating service flow, mentoring and directing bartenders/servers/barbacks, handling guest issues, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing opening/closing and inventory tasks.
Making drinks and pouring beer like a pro
Delivering delicious eats with speed and style
Keeping our space spotless and welcoming
Greeting guests and making them feel like MVPs
Being the vibe - upbeat, friendly, and always guest-focused

REQUIREMENTS

A great attitude and smile.
Interest or passion for craft beer.
Strong work ethic.
Desire to learn and to teach.
Willing to work nights, holidays, & weekends.
Willing to deep clean.
Able to lift 85+ lbs.
Able to work 8+ hours on feet.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
