McKinney, TX 75069***MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO AN ONSITE DRUG SCREEN***Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Under direction of the Company Services Supervisor, performs a broad range of custodian duties and manual work in the care and cleaning of the company headquarters building, medical clinic and/or other assigned facilities. Duties include dusting and polishing furniture, emptying trash, sweeping, cleaning surfaces and inspecting cleanliness of buildings.QualificationsKnowledge Skills & Abilities:Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.Experience: Experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions preferred.Ability to read and write the English language.Strong attention to detail.Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping.
