Visual Designer - Web

Job Description We’re looking for a Visual Web Designer for an external customer-facing website then expand into loyalty/customer retention initiatives once the web work is established. This role is ideal for someone who can think about the full customer journey while also executing high-quality designs in Figma. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll partner with marketing, product, and engineering to create engaging, easy-to-use digital experiences that drive customer engagement and repeat business. Design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for a customer-facing website Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma Partner with product, marketing, and development teams to bring designs to life Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and brand consistency Support the transition into loyalty program design, including customer journeys, rewards experiences, and engagement features Use user feedback and data to continuously improve design decisions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
