What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations

• Educate clients on policy options tailored to their needs

• Follow up and manage your sales pipeline efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and results-driven individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (we help with this process)

Compensation & Structure:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with average part-time agents earning $1,500–$3,000/month and full-time agents earning $5,000–$10,000+/month depending on effort and performance.
