Physical Therapist

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, including assessments of physiology, anatomy, and medical history Develop and execute tailored care plans that align with each patient’s specific goals and medical conditions Deliver hands‑on therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient modalities Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, home & community care services, and follow‑up care Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques Experience with discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management Demonstrated ability to work effectively with pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, and acute care patients along with other health providers such as chiropractors, massage therapists and acupuncturists Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams effectively Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to restoring mobility and enhancing well-being.
