TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Basic medical/surgical relevant and current experience Description: Float Pool between various surgical and medical units. 1:6 patient ratios. Total care provided without patient care assistants. Occasional strip reading for telemetry. Total bed count of 128. Charge nurse present on each shift and also takes an assignment. Nurse aides/patient care technicians are available with variable ratios. Respiratory support is readily available for equipment needs. Assignment of staff based on clinical needs rather than self-scheduling. Weekend requirement is every other weekend. No holiday requirement. No call or standby requirements. Floating required to any medical/surgical pod. Scrub color is navy and scrubs are not provided. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts of cancellation per 13-week assignment. Charting system in use is transitioning to a new electronic health record system.
