The Management Consultant will be responsible for coaching shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and installing LEAN tools. The Consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Do not apply if you do not have this experience, please. Qualifications 3-5 years experience in Operations Management Consulting Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship 100% travel required Physical Requirements: Must be able to hear, see, walk through manufacturing sites with occasional stairs #J-18808-Ljbffr
