Job Title: Manual Assembler
Job Description

This role involves assembling custom control panels based on blueprints. You will be responsible for assembling various electronic parts and components, working at different workstations, and ensuring high quality in your work. This position requires attention to detail, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer.
• Perform hand assembly of various products.
• Conduct final assembly and packaging of various assemblies.
• Screen and separate different parts.
• Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing, quality documents, and related forms.
• Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
• Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.
• Adhere to necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures.

• Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• 1+ year of experience in the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and production processes.

• A degree from a Technical School is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED is not required.
• Any secondary education involving Electronics is desired.
• A 2-year degree in Secondary Education centered around Electronics is ideal.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean and sterile, with workstations organized in pods. Stations feature large desks equipped with various tools. The large facility accommodates over 50 employees at any time. The production facility is connected to the warehouse and corporate office, fostering interaction with other departments. The dress code is casual, requiring long pants and closed-toe shoes. Available shifts include First (7am-3:30pm), Second (3pm-11:30pm), and Third (11pm-7:30am, Sun-Thur).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Middletown,PA.
