Family Medicine with OB position available in southwestern Wisconsin with a small, progressive and mighty community hospital. This critical access facility has seven consecutive quarters of 5-star ratings by Medicare, and their patient satisfaction is in the 95th percentile. Ability to perform C-sections highly desired.

$300-325K Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available up to $200,000 total.  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000.  CME up to 1 week and $4,000 available.  Relocation up to $15,000.  Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement plans (401k and 457b), and medical malpractice..  Reason for opening - Growth and opening two new satellite clinics.  EMR - Epic.  New expanded facility including updated, modern operating rooms and post-surgical areas, teaching consultation room, as well as dedicated entrance and waiting area.
