Desktop Support Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a Technical Desktop Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring excellent customer service .Key Responsibilities :Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end user sTroubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and software issue sResolve Windows and Office 365-related problem sManage user accounts, password resets, and access request sLog, track, and update tickets in the ticketing syste mEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team sSupport hardware installations, upgrades, and replacement sMaintain documentation of incidents and resolution sRequired Skills :Experience in Help Desk or Technical Suppor tKnowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Offic eBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP )Experience with Active Directory and user account managemen tFamiliarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jir aGood troubleshooting and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
