Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! This position will reside in: Lawrenceville, GA. Responsibilities include overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory, pursuing new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying and researching prospective customers, developing sales strategies, deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships through regular visits, business reviews, ongoing training, and identifying opportunities for growth. Sales territory management involves balancing new customer acquisition and strengthening existing relationships, coordinating visits, and communicating order status and updates. The first 90 days include training with e-learning, classroom sessions, video roleplays, job shadowing, and peer mentorship to learn systems, products, sales processes, relationship building, and territory management. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, preferred bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate, 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience, valid state driver's license and safe driving record, ability to obtain food safety certification.
