Schedule Monday - Friday 0800-1600 Compensation & Benefits $33.02 - $34.02 per hour Health, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Professional development opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Residential Site Director to oversee daily operations at a residential property/site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and driving overall site performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, and cost control Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Respond to tenant emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring safety and proper resolution Document and submit incident reports accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Serve as a liaison between the property and local law enforcement and emergency services when needed Coordinate maintenance, safety, and facility management activities Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance site operations Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Lead weekly or monthly operational and financial review meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) 3–5+ years of management experience in residential operations, property management, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets and financial reporting Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or scheduling systems Preferred Skills Experience with workforce management and scheduling Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Customer service–focused mindset Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disability Doyle Security Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doylesecurityservices
