What You’ll Be Doing As A Debt Consultant

• Review prospect finances to determine if debt settlement is an appropriate solution for their situation

• If appropriate, Present debt settlement options in a persuasive and professional manner, allowing prospects to make fully informed decisions

• Overcome objections and address concerns while educating prospects on how debt settlement works, including the pros and cons

• Communicate program terms and details, including monthly payments and program timelines

• Answer inbound calls while proactively calling, texting, and emailing your existing pipeline

• Monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPI’s) must be met or exceeded.

• Comply with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required

  • Debt Settlement

  • Mortgage

  • Tax Relief

  • Student Loans

  • Insurance

• 1+ years of call center experience preferred

• Proficient in pipeline management and handling prospect inquiries using phone, internet, and chat tools effectively

• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic

• Coachable and ready to grow

• Character-driven but money-motivated

Compensation & Schedule

• $100,000 - $300,000 per year - Base or commissions — whichever is greater

• Uncapped commissions

• W-2 employment only

• Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday–Friday)

Work Location

• In-person role at our Costa Mesa office near John Wayne Airport
