Experience in customer service, hotels & restaurant industries, retail sales, and beyond are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them select the right vehicle that suits them best based on needs and budgetProvide information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricingConduct test drives and perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehiclesNegotiate sales pricing, trade-in value, financing and any promotional offersUse CRM platform to communicate with potential customers, following sales processes for both new and existing customersComplete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerFollow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsStay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and features, and new vehicle modelsLearn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsWork collaboratively with sales and service team membersQualificationsPrior sales experience is encouraged, but not requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent (required)Available to work Saturdays from 8 AM – 3 PMExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeSelf-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently on lead procurement and follow-upsComfortable initiating contact with customers via phone call, email, text, and other communicationValid driver’s licenseBenefitsCompetitive pay structure (base + commission)Health insurancePaid time off401(k) matchingTuition reimbursementPaid training and ongoing developmentEmployee DiscountMike Carpino Ford Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
