Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.# **Education*** Bachelor's Degree (Required)* Master's Degree* Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy# **Certification/Licensure*** Physical Therapy License (Required)# **Experience*** Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.* Productive and efficient in daily operations.
