Location Wright-Patterson AFB, OH Security Clearance Active TS/SCI [Required] (Must be able to obtain a CI Poly) Job Type Full-Time Target Salary Range* $124,000 - $129,500 This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview The Program Security Representative II provides multi-discipline security support for one or more Special Access Programs (SAPs), including day-to-day security analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities. The position supports safeguarding classified and sensitive information, security compliance, vulnerability and risk identification, facility reviews, security education, and investigations of potential loss or compromise. Key Responsibilities Security Policy and Compliance Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations. Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems. Security Risk and Operations Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program. Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight. Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff. Briefings and Security Education Brief all levels of personnel, including government and senior civilian service personnel, on a variety of security-related topics. Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the curriculum for the SAP security education and awareness program. Facility Compliance Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs. Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews. Classified Information Incidents Conduct explorations of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information. Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. [Required] Experience 8–10 years of related experience. [Required] Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) may count toward no more than 5 years of experience. [Required] SAP experience. [Required] Clearance TS/SCI clearance.
