Hourly Rate Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits New York Paid Sick Time Set‑Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications. Brand Spirit Halloween Role Overview The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store, and will generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Responsibilities Assist in store setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards. Generate sales and perform sign waving. Handle general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing. Operate POS and perform loss prevention duties. Qualifications Minimum age: 16 years old. Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, 8 hours of standing/walking per shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
