YES Contracting Services is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to help drive the next stage of company growth. This is not a basic marketing role, sales manager role, or admin role. This is a hands-on leadership position for an operator who can manage people, systems, numbers, vendors, and growth accountability.

This person will oversee the revenue side of the business: lead flow, office intake, sales rep accountability, follow-up, marketing performance, CRM discipline, reporting, and controlled market expansion. The goal is to help YES grow into nearby markets such as Knoxville, Charlotte, Roanoke, Raleigh-Durham, Asheville, and other future markets using data, SOPs, and disciplined execution.

We are looking for someone who can help us test markets before adding unnecessary overhead, generate and track leads, manage sales coverage, protect margins, and help leadership make growth decisions based on numbers instead of guesswork.

This role is based in Johnson City, TN, and reports directly to ownership.

Compensation:

$100,000–$110,000 base salary + performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage the revenue growth system, including office lead intake, follow-up, sales accountability, CRM usage, lead tracking, vendor coordination, and marketing performance.

• Hold office staff, follow-up staff, sales reps, and marketing vendors accountable to KPIs, process standards, reporting requirements, and weekly performance expectations.

• Track and report key metrics, including lead source performance, speed-to-lead, appointment set rate, estimates sent, close rate, revenue sold, gross margin, follow-up completion, and sales rep activity.

• Oversee marketing performance across Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profiles, PPC, Facebook ads, signs, referrals, social media, and other lead sources.

• Help build and maintain repeatable sales training, sales process documentation, lead flow SOPs, marketing SOPs, and market expansion playbooks.

• Support controlled expansion into new markets by testing lead demand, sales coverage, close rate, margin, production feasibility, and budget requirements before recommending additional overhead.

• Work closely with ownership, sales, office, follow-up, marketing vendors, CRM vendors, and production leadership to identify bottlenecks, fix revenue leaks, and improve growth execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing people, KPIs, accountability, operations, sales operations, revenue operations, branch operations, logistics, call center operations, SaaS operations, home services, construction, or another growth-focused environment.

• Strong ability to read numbers, manage reports, build scorecards, use spreadsheets, and turn messy information into clear decisions.

• Experience with CRMs, sales software, dashboards, call tracking, lead tracking, or marketing performance reporting.

• Comfortable directly managing sales reps, office staff, follow-up staff, vendors, and process compliance.

• Able to hold people accountable without needing the owner to enforce every detail.

• Strong communication skills with ownership, office staff, sales reps, vendors, customers, and production leadership.

• Must be able to work full-time in the office in Johnson City, TN, and occasionally travel to nearby markets if needed.
